Situated high in the Pyrenees, Andorra is a small principality on the border of France and Spain. The official language of Andorra is Catalan, and the country is jointly ruled by the president of France and the bishop of Urgell, in Spain. Its capital, Andorra la Vella, is the highest capital city in Europe.
